In this one-hour workshop, you’ll explore why every organization needs clear policies and governance frameworks to guide AI use. We’ll break down the risks and ethical considerations that come with adopting AI, and introduce practical frameworks for developing responsible, values-aligned policies. You'll also learn how to engage stakeholders, communicate internally, and look at real-world examples of how nonprofits are putting AI governance into action. Whether your team is just starting to explore AI or already experimenting with tools, this session will help you build a strong foundation for using AI safely, ethically, and effectively.

PHARA Community Services and the Nipissing Wellness Ontario Health Team are excited to present an AI Workshop Series designed specifically for non-profit organizations, government agencies, and charities for the North Bay and Nipissing region.
Each live, online session is 1 hour long and offered at no cost. Training will be delivered by experts from Canada Learning Code, bringing valuable knowledge and practical skills to help organizations explore and apply AI tools effectively.
