BUILDING SUPERINTENDENT

PHARA is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to join our team.

You will play a vital role to the organization by providing clean, well-maintained, and secure buildings and grounds at PHARA’s three North Bay locations: 280 Oakwood Avenue, 200 Oakwood Avenue, and 122 Massey Drive in North Bay, Ontario. This position also includes on-call duties, responding to calls after hours.

• Includes 3 Bedroom Apartment with Hydro

• $432 Weekly for Security and Cleaning

This position requires the successful candidate to live on site at our 280 Oakwood Avenue location.

On-call shifts are from 4:30 pm to 8:30 am the next business day.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in facility cleaning, basic maintenance, and security.

• Sound knowledge of WHMIS.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s licence, insurance, and access to personal vehicle is an asset.

INCLUDED IN EMPLOYMENT

• This is a contract position.

• 3 bedroom apartment with Hydro.

• $225 weekly for Security, including on-call.

• 10.5 hours cleaning/week at $19.77/hour.

• 4.8% in lieu of benefits.

• Cellphone allowance.
