PHARA Wins Best Workplaces Award for Second Consecutive Year
PHARA Community Services is proud to announce that it has once again been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces™ in Government & Social Services for 2025, awarded by Great Place to Work® Canada. PHARA has been serving individuals and families across North Bay and surrounding communities since 1975, offering a variety of essential community-based services, including accessible housing, assisted living supports, and advocacy for living with independence. To be eligible, organizations must first be Great Place to Work-Certified™, based on direct feedback from employees who anonymously complete the Trust Index® Survey; a rigorous, research-backed tool that measures the employee experience. PHARA was officially recertified earlier this year after once again receiving outstanding results from its staff.
