Attendant Care Outreach

The program provides personal support services to adults in North Bay and surrounding communities. Attendants provide assistance associated with daily living needs. Services are available at pre-scheduled periods to assist with personal care needs, homemaking services, and other activities associated with daily living needs. Services are available from 6 am to midnight. 

  • Personal grooming/hygiene

  • Bathing/washing

  • Rising/retiring

  • Toileting

  • Dressing/undressing

  • Mobility/ambulation/transferring

  • Meal preparation

  • Light housekeeping/laundry

Access to this program is through a referral by Ontario Health at Home.
