PHARA is seeking an individual with exceptional administration and communication skills to join our team. This position plays a vital role to the organization, working directly with the CEO to move forward health and housing services.
The position will be centered out of 280 Oakwood Ave, North Bay, Ontario with a standard shift (but not limited to) Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS
Frontline client experience and administrative experience in the Community Services Sector.
Solid research and presentation skills.
Significant abilities in administration duties, including experience participating in community meetings and in minute taking.
Experience with planning and executing events.
High proficiency in software packages including Microsoft and Adobe.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple elements at once.
Valid G2 or G driver’s licence, personal vehicle, and appropriate insurance required.
